Food & Drink — Are meals included?
Yes. Breakfast, trail lunches with local products and dinners featuring regional cuisine are included in complete packages. Dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of booking — we cater for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs.
Additional Costs — What might incur extra expenses?
Alcoholic drinks, souvenirs, optional activities not listed in the itinerary and personal travel insurance are not included. We recommend a personal budget of USD 30–50 per day for extra expenses.

Packages include: certified specialist guide, bike serviced and adjusted to your size, helmet, accommodation (where indicated in the route), meals during rides, port-to-port baggage transfer and support vehicle (SAG) throughout the route.
Equipment — Do I need to bring my own bike?
Not necessary. We provide high-quality bikes (trekking, MTB and e-bike) sized and adjusted to your level. If you prefer to bring your own bike, it can be transported for an additional fee. We recommend bringing your own helmet and cycling clothing.
Preparation — What level of fitness is required?
For intermediate routes we recommend being able to ride 40–60 km per day on varied terrain. For advanced routes such as the Crossing the Andes, 3 to 6 months of physical preparation is advised. Upon confirming your booking, we send a personalised training plan.
